I hope this card qualifies as I have used elements other than the flowers in the sketch.I used Cuttlebug Happy Birthday embossing folder, White gloss card ,multi coloured gloss paper, Dreamweaver cupcake stencil - dry embossed and coloured with copic markers, Star shaped jewels - yellow, multi toned organdy ribbon, and clear epoxy ovals - stuck on to coloured card.
The colour of the ribbon and stars hasn't scanned very well.
